Tenessa, along with her husband and three children, relocated to Redding a couple of years ago from Los Angeles. Tenessa was a student athlete and graduated from Sonoma State with a Political Science degree. She began her career with Black and Decker in sales and marketing, and from there she went on to develop and create a sales and marketing division for an educational services company in the Greater Los Angeles area. As a new mother, she still found time to coach Varsity High School volleyball, as well as volunteer her time with Care Net, Circle of Hope, and various other community and faith-based organizations. She enjoys playing sports and watching the news. Tenessa is an information maven and enjoys connecting with people and ideas. She is excited to be a part of Julie Winter’s team committed to a thriving Redding!

Nathan Parmelee

Nathan loves northern California and has a passion to see the residents of Redding and its surrounding communities thrive. He relocated here with his wife, Cathy, and daughter, Naomi, from Juneau, Alaska in 2011. He was born and raised in Louisiana, and moved to Alaska in 1995. He met his wife shortly after making the move and they were married two years later. They had a daughter together and raised her two boys from a previous marriage. Nathan studied art and communications in college and first became involved in media in 1998. He worked in advertising sales and marketing for over eleven years. In the beginning of 2013 he became the Redding Civic Auditorium's Marketing Director, where he oversees marketing, talent buying and outside promoter relations for the auditorium.

Stephanie Rattigan is a lifetime resident of Redding, California. She lives here with her husband of 25 years and her two sons. She loves the diversity of what Shasta County offers. Often riding the magnificent bicycle trails along the Sacramento River as well as enjoying its beautiful lakes and mountains. She is excited to see a new hope and increased prosperity come to Redding! #awin4Redding.

Don Cingrani is a long-time Shasta County resident and CPA with over 35 years of public accounting and private industry experience. He has been a full-time accounting faculty member at Shasta College since 2005. An avid outdoor sports enthusiast, Don enjoys exploring the many hiking/biking trails and multitude of natural resources that abound in our region.

Jennifer Campbell is a redding native who has worked in the medical field locally for over 5 years. She and her husband Todd have 3 busy kids, Tyler, Izzy and Brady. She enjoys traveling and almost any sport. Jenn loves her community and its surroundings and likes to be involved in as many projects to better it as possible.

Mimi moved to the Redding area six years ago with her husband, Marty. They fell in love with Redding in 1999 when they first brought their son up to Simpson University. Since then their entire family has relocated to Redding. They have two amazing sons, two FABULOUS daughters-in-law and four grandchildren. Mimi and her husband own Moseley Family Cellars in the Caterpillar Industrial Center. She is on the board of the Shasta Library Foundation; the Steering Committee of Leadership Redding; the Downtown Collaborative; member of Women's Fund; plus works to benefit One Safe Place. Mimi believes Redding is on the cusp of great change for the better and actively serves on many behind the scenes efforts to see this city greater than ever. She believes we will see this change come within the next eight years and loves being a part of making this a Win For Redding!!!

Casey was born in Redding but grew up outside of Yosemite. She has been back in the area since 2010 after graduating university. Casey loves running along the Sacramento River trail and enjoys being outside with friends and family. She and her husband Aaron call Redding home and are excited to see the city continue to flourish.

Aaron Tesauro

Although being born in Redding, a family move meant Aaron spent most of his childhood years in the midwest. His interest in technology and design led him into the web development and design field for almost a decade. Since moving back to Redding in 2005, Aaron has fallen in love with his old hometown (where he recently met and married Casey), and wants to see it thrive today and well into the future. Aaron is currently the Director of Communications for a non-profit which allows him to interact with people, technology, and design on a daily basis.

Marty Moseley has worked for over 30 years in the Enterprise Architecture world specializing in future business strategies. He has headed up information architecture platforms from the Healthcare Industry to government contracts. He owns Moseley Consulting Group. Marty is also a local businessman and owner of Moseley Family Cellars with his wife, Mimi. He has experienced first hand the highs and lows of owning and working with city, state and federal agencies. He is a successful, award winning winemaker and member of the community. Marty serves on the Advisory Board of The Stirring and an active board member of LIving Hope Ministries. Marty has a love for Redding and a desire to help make it the city of the future.

Janine moved to Redding over 20 years ago and has a strong desire to see Redding become the ideal place to raise a family. She is a wife, mother and grandmother and the owner of Urban Retreat Day Spa. She enjoys spending her spare time with her family, decorating and scrapbooking.

Linda was raised in Redding and graduated from Chico State. She is a recently retired City of Redding peace officer. Linda and her husband enjoy camping, quading and the outdoors.

Brooke is a stay-at-home mom of three beautiful children. She is also a full time Aspire student at Simpson University majoring in Business Management and Human Resources.

Adrian has a BS from OIT and is a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist working in multiple cardiologist offices and hospitals in the northstate. He is married, with three wonderful children and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Ron Largent

Ron originally moved to Redding in 1970 and started Ron Largent Realtors. While away from Redding between 1980-2000 he became part owner of a Century 21 franchise and District and Regional Manager of World Vision. He returned to Redding in 2000 as Assistant to the President of Coldwell Bankers. Ron is a retired USAF officer has served as Interim CEO of the Northern California United Way and is involved in Rotary and many other community groups.

Mark Susich

Mark is married to Janine and the father of 2 children and 1 grandchild. He moved from Eureka to Redding in1983 and works in Industrial Sales. Mark appreciates the weather and recreational opportunities in the surrounding area and enjoys spending time with family and friends. He likes to golf and is an avid Giants fan.

Erik Bagley

Erik has been a Project Architect at a technology consulting firm in Redding for the last 2 years creating over 100 new technology based jobs. He is also the Director of Business Development for a San Francisco based tech startup that has revolutionized the way that software is programmed. Erik launched and maintains the official City of Redding Instagram account and is involved with several other civic volunteer opportunities. Erik is celebrating his second year of marriage to Kate Bagley and together they travel and lead seminars on living life to your fullest expression.
